As standard practice we ask all new patients to arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete any paperwork.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all patients, the following policies are honored:

There will be a $50 cancellation/reschedule fee if you are unable to make your appointment without giving at least a 48-hour notice.

All services that require 60 min or more will be scheduled with a $50 reservation fee to hold the appointment and will be applied to the treatment or service.


Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the $50 fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you are more than 15 min late we may ask you to reschedule.


All gift certificate and Series Sales are final.

All products can be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a in store credit and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
